We are trying to finalize the details of the Atlanta field trip that is scheduled for March 25th-27th. Please complete the form if you are interested. Dear Senior Parents,
We regret to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances, low participation, and outstanding payments, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the senior trip.
We understand the disappointment this may cause, but our goal is to plan a more cost-effective and inclusive trip for the spring. We deeply appreciate the students’ hard work in fundraising, and rest assured that those funds will be allocated toward the rescheduled trip.
For those who paid a deposit, you will receive a refund of your $50 deposit fee. Refunds can be picked up tomorrow, December 20, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM in the front office. If you are unable to pick it up tomorrow, refunds will also be available when we return from winter break on January 6, 2025.
Thank you for your understanding and support as we work to provide a memorable experience for our seniors this spring.
Best regards,
Shelby Livers-Puryear
