With three regional titles in the last four years, the Jeffersontown High School boys basketball team plays with a chip on its shoulder. 2006 was the last time the Chargers made it past the first round of the Sweet 16, but this year they're ready to pull some upsets.

Students at Farnsley Middle School wrapped up their 6-week session with an education team linked to Formula 1 Racing called "F1 in Schools" with a race of the model cars they built. They were mentored by duPont Manual High School students who be heading to compete in the F1 in Schools Championship.

Noe Middle School standout Celia Mauldin's eighth-grade season is one to remember. She's won state titles, a national title and has competed against some of the best runners in the country. The funny part about her running career—this was the first year she made the sport a top priority.
