Virtual Mental Health Check-In
What is Mental Health?
Mental Health includes our emotional, psychological, & social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, & act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, & make choices. Mental health falls on a continuum, meaning our mental health can change depending on many factors within and outside of our control. It is important at every stage of life and is an integral part of health.
